When families are uprooted by conflict and violence, women and girls lose far more than their homes. They lose their safety, their support networks and their ability to meet even the most basic needs. But this Lent, you can give back what was taken from them. 

These vulnerable people must be protected from harm and given real opportunities to rebuild their lives. Your kindness today can provide dignity kits (menstrual pads, underwear, shampoo and body wash) and counselling support for those facing trauma, poverty and violence. 

In many communities across Colombia, displaced women – especially those fleeing Venezuela – lack access to essential hygiene items and have nowhere to turn for support. Without these basics, they cannot leave home to work or go to school, taking away their chance for a better future. 

A gift of $50 provides one dignity kit and a counselling session.
